For All Things Glittered

Here is my second card using the For All Things stamp set and the gold splatting technique I talked about earlier this week:

I love the simplicity of this car- yet it is so elegant. These pictures just do not even do it justice.

I'm still working on my lump of string technique :) LOL- I am always so fussy about how my string looks and never think it is 'quite right'. Yet at class everyone is asking me how I got it to look like that, and I can't help but think they want it to look like mine? Guess the grass is always greener right :) Actually, that is one of the things I like best about this technique- it is forcing me to let go of my sense of perfection and just let things be messy. It is a process though that I have to walk myself through each time.
